Very high-performance made in Italy AC engine
This engine is designed for intensive professional use and offers superior professional performance. It delivers an air flow of 83 m3/h and 1 366 Pa air pressure for long-lasting styling results. Delivering 172 km/hr. air speed, it offers a superfast drying and energy-saving.
High-performance heating element
Optimizes the heating areas and delivers even and uniform temperature. The power of the heating element offers an outstanding drying rate of 6.4 grams of water dried in a minute. Average temperature of 85°C at 25 mm without concentrator nozzle and up to over 140°C with concentrator nozzle (at max. speed).
100% professional handle
Caruso-HQ is provided with a new handle which optimizes the overall balance of the dryer. Its ideal balance makes it perfect for the salon; its ergonomic handle helps relieve muscular tensions in the forearm in order to fight repetitive strain injuries and occupational diseases. This handle has proven its worth with the Rapido, BaBylissPROs spearhead of the drying category. The grip is perfectly shaped along the axis of the center of gravity, ensuring a balanced hold. Its ergonomic design fits in the palm of the hand, ensuring a secure grip between the thumb and the index finger. This handle has been designed for intensive use.
Heavy-duty power cord and bushing
With this new handle comes a new power cord bushing over 3 times stronger than the previous one which was already of very good quality as it allowed over 60 000 bendings without damages (standard requirements for professional dryers are at 10 000 bendings).The new cord bushing achieves over 200 000 bendings without damages. Power cord breakage being one of the main technical defects encountered with professional dryers, this is a major improvement and a considerable benefit for hairstyling professionals who work all-day and daily with hair dryers.

Cleaning & maintenance :
The dryer must be kept clean for proper operating performance.
When cleaning is needed, unplug the cord, allow to cool and clean dust and lint from air intake openeings with a small brush or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. The outer surface of the dryer should be wiped clean with a cloth only. Blocked or clogged air intake vents will cause the dryer to overheat. If overheating occurs, an automatic safety device will shut the dryer or the heat off to prevent damage or personal injury.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.
Should the shipping address differ from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

It is also possible to request the right of withdrawal via the "GOODS RETURN" link in the customer profile of our site, once logged in with login and password, without necessarily sending registered letters or other communications.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL is not liable for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport, nor for any theft, loss or tampering that may occur in this phase. It is therefore suggested to make insured shipments.
