IPTV
IPTV (DVB-IPTV) describes a service for the live signal transmission of digital TV-and radio programmes for a certain pool of customers in a closed IP-network.Routersor switches used within this network need to support more than 100Mbit/s and network cable should be complaint with CAT-5e or CAT-6.
SiehFern INFO
This free electronic programme information service (ePID) allows TechniSat to offer a free current and comprehensive overview of a large number of channels. The programme preview extends up to seven days, can be adapted to suit individual requirements and is available at any time. The SiehFern INFO can also be used easily to activate each timer - requiring just a push of a button on the remote control.
ISIPRO cable
The free TechniSat channel list manager does away with tedious manual channel scanning. On switching the TV off, a scan is automatically run and then compared with the channel lists. If there are changes to channel allocations a message saying that the channel list has been updated is displayed (next time the TV is switched on). Customised lists are retained and amended accordingly.
AutoInstall
When using the TV for the first time you must create a few important settings (specifically adaptation to local conditions). Clear instructions from the installation wizard provided by TechniSat guide you through easy-to-understand dialogues, enabling you to carry out the required configuration easily and rapidly. Your TV will therefore be ready for use in a short time.
TechniFamily
TechniFamily can be used to set up password-protected user profiles. Customised access options and restrictions can be defined for each profile, e.g. for selected channels, daily television viewing times and a maximum duration of use. In this way parents can adjust viewing behaviour as appropriate for the child.
Full HD
Full HD means that an HDTV is able to show the highest HD resolution, (currently) 1920 x 1080 pixels. This corresponds to a picture containing over 2 million pixels. The high quality screens used by TechniSat display this resolution perfectly, so that, with this resolution capability, an exceptionally detailed and clear picture is achieved with spatial definition.
HDTV
HDTV stands for High Definition Television, thus for outstanding picture quality. With HDTV, pictures can be displayed in much greater detail and with much finer gradations. Contrast and contours are more precise and colours truer to their originals. Furthermore, the wide screen format on HDTV broadcasts corresponds much better to human visual perception. So it creates a more vivid impression overall.
DVRready
Easily record your favourite films or music on an external storage medium. Use this option to archive data without loss or to play it back using the Timeshift function. In doing so, we recommend using the TechniSat Streamstore24 USB drive. You should check the compatibility of USB media from third-party manufacturers individually with your dealer to be sure of full functionality.
Timeshift
This very handy and popular type of recording enables you to start playing back while you are still recording. Hence recording and playback take place simultaneously. Recordings being played back can be stopped at any time and resumed again later. It is also possible to repeat favourite scenes and skip over unwanted sections. You can now set the start time and progress of a programme yourself.
Pay TV ready
This TV also enables you to receive encrypted channel content requiring payment (Pay TV). To receive Pay TV, you need a subscription to the relevant Pay TV provider.
Universal Plug And Play (UPnP)
This TV can be easily integrated into a home network via the integrated Ethernet interface (with optional additional WLAN adapter), enabling various multi-media devices such as a PC, TV, hi-fi, digital cameras and much more to be interconnected by UPnP/DLNA.
Network interface
A network interface can be used to connect the device to the home network via, for example, a DSL router.
HTML5
HTML5-based video-on-demand services such as YouTube can be used on ISIO devices thanks to integrated HTML5 support. As HTML5 video is the standard for integrating video on websites, there will be many additional HTML5 offerings available on ISIO receivers in the future.
PIP function
The Picture in Picture (PIP) function enables the TV picture for one channel to be minimised and shown at the edge of the screen while another is watched on the main TV screen.
HDMI (out)
This high performance interface is provided especially for fast digital transmission of high-resolution pictures and sophisticated sound without loss. Even complex picture content and fast-moving sequences are displayed in first-class quality. Besides their high performance capability, HDMI connections are distinguished by bidirectional data transmission.
JPEG
You can, for example, play back your holiday photos in JPG format directly on your TV via USB using an attached data carrier.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.
Should the shipping address differ from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

It is also possible to request the right of withdrawal via the "GOODS RETURN" link in the customer profile of our site, once logged in with login and password, without necessarily sending registered letters or other communications.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL is not liable for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport, nor for any theft, loss or tampering that may occur in this phase. It is therefore suggested to make insured shipments.
