Der neue Moccamaster KBG Select für 10 Tassen sowie auch für geringe Mengen von 4 Tassen. Dank des neuen Auswahlschalters kann man ganz einfach zwischen einer vollen oder halben Kanne wählen. Bei einer halben Kanne läuft der Kaffee langsamer durch. Das Ergebnis ist eine aromatische Tasse Kaffee mit vollem Geschmack, unabhängig von der Anzahl der Tassen. Damit ist der Moccamaster KBG Select die perfekte Kaffeemaschine für große sowie kleine Mengen.
Sehr sparsam mit Strom
Das 1450-Watt-Kupferheizelement des Moccamaster Select schaltet sich aus, sobald der Wasserbehälter leer ist. Die Leuchte im rechten Schalter geht dann aus.
Die Position des rechten Schalters hat darauf keinen Einfluss. Ab dann verbraucht die Maschine nur noch 25-70 Watt Strom über die intelligente Warmhalteplatte, die die Wärme automatisch an die Kaffeemenge im Krug anpasst. Dadurch wird Ihr Kaffee nie zu heiß oder zu bitter.
Warum ist die Brühtemperatur und Brühzeit so wichtig?
Bei einer Temperatur von 92 º - 96 º C werden die Feststoffe gelöst sowie der richtige Geschmack und beste Aroma extrahiert. Daraus ergibt sich eine gute Balance zwischen Süße und Bitterkeit.
Warum ist die Temperatur nach dem Brühvorgang so wichtig?
Der Kaffee schmeckt am besten bei einer Temperatur zwischen 80 º - 85 º C. Der Kaffee sollte nach dem Brühvorgang nicht weiter erhitzt werden, da sich dadurch unerwünschte Aromen entwickeln. Der Kaffee sollte nach dem Brühen nicht länger als eine Stunde warm gehalten werden.
Was ist die richtige Menge Kaffee?
In einem Moccamaster Maßlöffel (mitgeliefert) passt 12 Gramm Kaffeepulver (für 2 Tassen). Für eine volle Kanne empfehlen wir 60-75 Gramm.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
