Xplora bietet ein Maximum an Datensicherheit, was es zum sichersten Produkt seiner Kategorie macht – das bestätigt auch der TÜV, welcher die Uhren erst kürzlich geprüft und genehmigt hat. Die gesamte Kommunikation ist verschlüsselt. Das bedeutet, dass es eine sichere, verschlüsselte Kommunikation zwischen der Kinderuhr, dem Cloud-Server und der Xplora-App gibt. Darüber hinaus ist die Xplora Kinder-Smartwatch nicht mit dem Internet verbunden. Die Datenspeicherung wurde sorgfältig nach den Vorschriften der DSGVO konzipiert. Diese Faktoren zusammen machen Xplora-Produkte sicher und für Kinder geeignet. Die Xplora-Smartwatch ist mit der Technologie eines Smartphones ausgestattet. Die Funktionen sind jedoch an die Bedürfnisse von Kindern angepasst. Am Wichtigsten ist, dass die Smartwatch im Gegensatz zu gewöhnlichen Smartphones mit Sicherheitsfunktionen ausgestattet ist, die sie vor möglichen Hackerangriffen oder Cybermobbing schützen.
XPLORA-APP - IMMER VERBUNDEN
Alle Xplora-Uhren werden über die Xplora-App eingerichtet und verwaltet. Auf diese Weise haben die Eltern immer den Überblick und die Kontrolle. Über die App können bis zu 50 Kontakte gespeichert werden, mit welchen dein Kind kommunizieren kann. Ausschließlich die vorher über die App eingespeicherten Kontakte sind auf der Uhr sichtbar. Der Live-Standort der Uhr kann von den Eltern jederzeit über die App eingesehen werden. Alle anderen Funktionen, wie das Einstellen des Weckers, des Schulmodus oder der Sicherheitszonen, werden ebenfalls über die Xplora-App gesteuert. Text- und Sprachnachrichten werden von der Uhr an den Chat der App gesendet. Auch Fotos können via Chat versendet werden.
Xplora Activity-Plattform
Auf unserer weltweit einmaligen Activity-Plattform erleben Kinder, was sie mit ihren Schritten alles bewirken können. Mit monatlich wechselnden spielerischen Aktionen, den sogenannten „Abenteuern”, werden Kinder zu mehr Bewegung animiert. Denn jeder 1.000ste Schritt, den der Schrittzähler der Kinder-Smartwatch erfasst, wird in einen Xplora Coin umgewandelt. Diese Coins können wiederum auf der Plattform verwendet werden, um z.B. Klingeltöne und Ziffernblätter herunterzuladen oder tolle Artikel in der Auktion zu ersteigern.
Für Premium-Mitglieder warten darüber hinaus auch ausgewählte Gewinne und eine Menge Extra-Coins, die u.a. für exklusive Auktionsartikel oder für eine Vielzahl an kreativen und spannenden Lerninhalten (GoLearn) eingelöst werden können.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.
Should the shipping address differ from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

It is also possible to request the right of withdrawal via the "GOODS RETURN" link in the customer profile of our site, once logged in with login and password, without necessarily sending registered letters or other communications.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL is not liable for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport, nor for any theft, loss or tampering that may occur in this phase. It is therefore suggested to make insured shipments.
